Air Conditioning Installation in the Denver Metro

First-time central AC for your home, sized right and installed clean — often the same or next day. Based in Broomfield, serving the northern Denver metro and Boulder County.

Denver summers outgrew the box fan

More 95°+ days, hotter nights, and homes across Broomfield, Westminster, Thornton, and Arvada that were built without central air. If you're still rotating window units every June, a properly installed central AC system changes what summer feels like in your house — every room, one thermostat, no dripping condensation over the back door.

What's included in every AC installation

  • Complete setup — pad, line set, evaporator coil, condensate management, thermostat, refrigerant charge verified by measurement, and a full walkthrough before we leave.
  • Haul-away and cleanup — the only thing left behind is cold air.

Thinking longer-term? If your furnace is also aging, a cold-climate heat pump can handle both cooling and heating in one system — and because we're registered with Xcel Energy, qualifying heat pump installs are eligible for Xcel rebates that we file for you.

Same or next-day installation

We keep popular system sizes in stock, which is why most installations across the Denver metro happen the same day or the next. One call to (720) 737-1196 gets you a straight quote — equipment, labor, everything — before any work starts. Flexible financing is available — including no interest if paid in full within 18 months on qualifying purchases (see our financing page for terms) — and we accept applications with an ITIN or Social Security number.

Frequently asked questions

How long does AC installation take?

Most residential installations are completed in one day. Homes that need duct modifications or electrical upgrades may take longer — we'll tell you before we start.

What size air conditioner does my house need?

It depends on square footage, insulation, window exposure, and ductwork — not just a rule of thumb. We run a load calculation on every install so the system is neither oversized nor undersized.

Do I need existing ductwork to add central AC?

If your home has a forced-air furnace, your existing ducts can usually carry cooling too. Homes without ducts may be better served by a ductless mini-split or heat pump — we'll quote both options.

Can my new AC qualify for an Xcel rebate?

Xcel rebates focus on qualifying high-efficiency equipment, especially heat pumps, installed by a registered contractor. We're registered with Xcel and will tell you exactly what your options qualify for.
